The Butcher’s Block in Aspen From lunch on the mountain to dinner at the condo, this Aspen institution has everything you need—aged steaks, fresh seafood, charcuterie and cheese as well as freshly prepared salads, soups and sandwiches.
Meat & Cheese Restaurant & Farm Shop Indulge in artisan cheeses and prime meats from western Colorado as well as grab-and-go specialties like grass-fed beef meatballs, house-made marinara and curries.

SHOP > Ski Gear
Miller Sports Whether you’re in the market for high-speed carving skis or deep powder boards, chances are this ski shop across from the Silver Queen Gondola has a pair from legendary ski makers Kastle and Head for you to demo or buy. The expert staff at the full-service tuning center will make sure you are properly fitted with boots, poles, and a helmet before you hit the slopes. The store also carries a swish selection of European ski apparel from brands like Toni Sailer.

STAY > The Lodge at Blue Sky
>> This new mountain retreat, a member of the Auberge Resorts Collection, is 35 minutes from Park City. Set on 3,500 acres, the mountain streams and granite peaks of Wasatch Mountains are prime for hiking, fly-fishing and horseback riding.
>> Nineteen one- and two-bedroom cedar-walled Sky Lodge rooms and suites are located at the lodge, a tour de force in limestone and pine. Built into a hillside, the Earth Suites boast a private terrace with an outdoor fireplace and a view of Alexander Canyon. The open-concept, one-bedroom Creek Houses have an indoor fireplace and an outdoor porch with a swing. All are ideal for living in your bubble.
>> The lodge can arrange a 10-minute flight for heli-skiing and heli-snowboarding or a 30-minute shuttle to Blue Sky’s Ski Lounge for ski-in/ski-out in Park City. If you tire of downhill skiing, return to the lodge to go cross-country skiing, snow shoeing and winter clay shooting.

EAT > Mountain Fare
Yuta Executive chef Galen Zamarra helms this restaurant at the lodge. A James Beard Award winner, he sources many ingredients—organic eggs, greens, garlic, root vegetables, honey—from Gracie’s Farm onsite to use in his refined mountain cuisine.
Park City Provisions by Riverhorse This gourmet grocery and café has plenty of grab-and-go sandwiches and snacks for the mountain, with a selection of gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options.
Freshies Lobster Co. Started by New England transplants, Freshies offers an award-winning Maine lobster roll that’s an unexpected treat in ski country. For traditional winter fare, try the grilled cheese made with local Beehive Cheese and sourdough bread.

Gorsuch From a steel gray stretch-wool ski jacket to a hunter green loden jacket with fuchsia piping, this Austrian company’s ski apparel and après ski clothing is ridiculously stylish. Shop at two stores on Main Street: Gorsuch Womens & Home and Men & Ski.
