The Cove, Eleuthera
This out-island hideaway is perched on a point between two secluded white cove beaches. The resort has been completely renovated, updating the floral fabrics and wicker in the 55 rooms, suites and villas with an all-white minimalist décor with modern furniture, rain showers and flat-screen TVs. The Landing, Harbour Island
This colonial guesthouse is nestled amid the pink and turquoise cottages in Dunmore Town. The 13 rooms reflect a classic Caribbean plantation style—four-poster beds draped in Indian cotton, cane chairs, and sea-grass matting on hardwood floors. Some rooms have ceiling fans and verandas, and most have views of the harbor. Lounge by the small pool or stroll to the beach in five minutes (the hotel provides chairs and umbrellas). The Landing Restaurant has received raves for its fresh seafood dishes and a wine cellar that boasts several bottles of Chateau Petrus among its vintage Bordeaux.

Facing a prime stretch of pink sand beach, this beach resort recently emerged from a top-to-bottom refresh. Tropical hues and contemporary furnishings lend a chic Caribbean feel to the 38 rooms and suites, cottages and private villa. Plantation shutter doors open to private porches and balconies, many with sea views.
